This public comment is designed to gather feedback on the Guidance for the Use of Benchmarks Toward Attaining English Proficiency and the English Learner Success Template. This survey will be open until Saturday, September 30, 2023.

The Guidance for the Use of Benchmarks Toward Attaining English Proficiency and the English Learner Success Template were initially published in 2018 with the legal requirement to solicit feedback from the field after five years of use. The Office of English Language Acquisition is soliciting public comment on the efficacy of these resources.
