Fall 2024 NHS Schedule Change Request
This form will be used for students looking to add or remove a class from their schedules.  All course request changes are subject to availability and teacher/class period preference changes will not be honored per NHS policy.  

Please make sure to include a valid email address for both the student and parent/guardian. You will be notified if your requested change has been completed or if your requested change is not possible.
