We invite you to join us in producing a remote version of the Fall Bazaar that will include, among other things, an online Waldorf Store, take-home craft kits, and bags of small treasures for the Pocket Wizards to distribute to the younger children on the Friday before Thanksgiving.

Please select as many opportunities below as appeal to you. None of them are too big or time consuming if we get enough folks to help -- many hands make light work, and it's a fun way to meet and develop connections with other families. There are also some non-Bazaar related opportunities.

We may send the survey out again later this school year if circumstances change and we are able to produce in-person events -- fingers crossed!

Candle Craft Coordinator -- coordinates parent participants with guidance from the PLG

Candle Craft -- collect nature materials that purchasers will use to decorate the candle bases (list of suggested items is provided)

Candle Craft -- stamp wax shapes that purchasers will use to decorate the candles (stamps and wax sheets are provided)

Candle Craft -- assemble craft kit bags with bases, candles, wax shapes and nature materials

Felt Craft -- develop, procure and assemble materials for craft kits for wet felting a bar of soap

Felt Craft -- lead a Zoom instructional session for wet felting a bar of soap

Craft small treasures for the Pocket Wizards to distribute to the children -- e.g., peg dolls, small felted items, decorated pencils; instructions and materials provided

Assist with assembling treasure bags for the Pocket Wizards

Help lead Craft & Conversation sessions (social get-togethers to create Waldorf-style handwork, particularly but not exclusively to sell at the Online Waldorf Store) -- assist with generating ideas and instruction

Participate in Craft & Conversation sessions -- materials and instructions provided

Bake one or more high-end, made-to-order patisserie style gourmet cakes or desserts for online sale

Assist with the Online Waldorf Store for the Bazaar -- tasks include tracking inventory, ordering, creating online entries for the store, packaging orders

Faculty & staff appreciation breakfasts -- dropping off coffee/homemade baked goods/other breakfast treats on occasion; there will be a sign up sheet for this

Gardening and groundskeeping on campus -- after school and/or on weekends

Become a Parent Organization Representative -- class liaison to the Parent Leadership Group; disseminates information and coordinates with parents to facilitate school-wide events
