Welcome and thank you for your interest in the SVMS Summer Transition Camp, where our theme for this year's camp is: "Rein It in: Taking Control of Your Middle School Experience!"

By filling out this brief survey you are reserving your spot to participate in the Summer Transition Camp here at Sierra Vista. Based on last year's parent feedback, our goal is to find a space for every incoming 7th grader. However, please complete and submit this form as soon as possible.This is an opportunity to experience some of the core components that will assist in your middle school success! Experience your campus, meet some of the faculty & staff, & build some new friendships!

"Rein It In..." will operate Tuesday, August 2 and Wednesday, August 3 from 8AM to 12:30PM

*Students will ONLY attend ONE session, NOT BOTH! The day will be determined through a split by last name. Once Transition Camp registration closes, we will notify you of which day you will attend in order to ensure a balanced attendance each day.
