Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Taste of Temescal 2022!
LOCATION:
Telegraph Avenue, between 40th & 51st Streets, will be closed to traffic during the event.
DATE:
Tuesday, March 29th from 6-9pm
VOLUNTEER SHIFTS/ROLES:
3:00-5:00pm: Event Set-up (assist with setting up tables, chairs, ClearStream [portable recycling] bins, etc.)
5:30-7:30pm: Ticket Checkers + Floaters (available to assist as-needed during event)
7:15-9:00pm: Ticket Checkers + Floaters (available to assist as-needed during event)
8:30-9:30pm: Event Wrap-up (assist with tables, chairs, ClearStream bins, clean-up, etc.)
DETAILS/ATTIRE:
Volunteers must be ages 16 years and older. All volunteers will receive their own Temescal Telegraph BID t-shirt to keep and wear during the event, or wear one from a previous year. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
ABOUT THE EVENT:
Taste of Temescal is a community-centered street festival that invites culinarily curious attendees to try out food and drinks from dozens of Temescal's best restaurants, all in one exciting night. The best part? All ticket sales benefit local schools and nonprofit organizations in our neighborhood. Plus, all volunteers will receive a free ticket to the event.
