Site Council and Shorecrest Input Form

Site Council's Purpose:

The Shorecrest Site Council is an advisory committee which continually supports a positive school climate and improves student-learning experiences. Site Council provides long-range, collaborative leadership and acts as a decision making, evaluative, and supportive site team. Our focuses include race and equity, community, and student involvement.

Form Purpose:
This is a form for students to share any input or concerns they may have about the school, including criticism, and inform Site Council and the school of anything they want done. You do not have to fill out every question. Your responses can be related to anything within reason, and we will take all replies seriously and see what we can do. As a note, there are things we may not be able to do. Lastly, This is meant to be anonymous, so please feel free to be honest.
