Social-Emotional Concerns Confidential Parent Survey (Optional) 2022-23
Dear JLS Parents and Guardians,

The JLS counseling team is preparing to support your students this year. Please take a moment to fill out this optional short survey regarding any social-emotional concerns you may have about your child. Our hope is that your answers will provide background information to help us support you and your child/children as we start the school year. All the information shared via this survey will remain confidential within the counseling department. Please submit by September 20, 2022.

About School Counselors:
School Counselors provide short-term school-based counseling support in the areas of academic, social-emotional and career development.  We also collaborate and consult with teachers, administrators and parents.  We develop and implement social-emotional programs for students through classroom lessons, Schoology resources, school wide initiatives and other events.
