Each year we have class parties. We are not 100% sure if this year, parties will be allowed.  However, we would like to plan for them assuming they will be live.



There are three types of party volunteers that are needed,  Party Room Representatives and Party Planner, and Party Helper.

Party Room Representative collects party funds from parents, assists with party planning and, if desired, organizes a teacher gift.  Room reps must sign up as a planner or helper to attend the party.

クラス代表（Party Room Representative）が保護者からの資金集め、パーティ企画のサポート、希望に応じ先生方へのギフトの用意をします。 クラス代表がパーティのプランナーまたはヘルパーとして参加する場合はそのどちらかでサインアップする必要があります。


Party Planner plans the games and crafts and attends the party.

パーティプランナーは、パーティのゲームやクラフトを企画し、パーティに出席します。


Party Helper assists with planning and attends the party.

パーティヘルパーは、企画のサポートをし、パーティに出席します。


** Note that parties in dual-language classrooms can be run in either language.
** Dualクラスのパーティは、日本語英語どちらでも運営して頂けます。



****In addition to the Party Representatives, there is a Classroom Correspondence Representative Position, an appointed parent volunteer for each classroom for the entire school year to communicate with teachers & parents. This would include events, 6th Grade Baby Dedications, School Pictures, Science Fair, Reflections, Teacher's Gift & Yearbook plus any other items. To communicate with all families so that everyone understands and their questions are answered.******


Please note, the questions will be asked one time.  If you have multiple children and would like to volunteer for multiple classes, please fill out one form for each child.
