2024-2025 School Supplies: It's that time of year again to start thinking about next year's school supplies! We are so excited to announce our partnership with 1st Day School Supplies again! Spring Running Club: Jefferson Running Club (JRC) started back this week. JRC will be every Monday and Wednesday during lunch recess through early May (our last day will likely be May 8th due to class picnics beginning). Please remind your students to put their running necklaces in a safe spot like their backpack or locker, so they are easily accessible each week. In order to make JRC safe and successful, we need volunteers! Please SIGN UP HERE! and come help cheer on our runners and keep them on course. Grandparents, aunts, and uncles can come cheer on the students as well—the more the merrier! We will have to cancel Running Club when we don't have enough volunteers, so please sign up as much as you can!
As you know, spring brings lots of soggy days. We will email volunteers if we are unable to run, so please remember even if it's not actively raining, we may have to cancel due to muddy conditions. JOIN THE PTA BOARD! Are you interested in being on the PTA board? If you are interested in a position, please reach out to those on the board this year to learn more. We will be voting in new board members at the May PTA meeting. See current board members listed below. Currently, the VP of Events (jillbissell@yahoo.com) and potentially the Secretary (cathy.dykes@gmail.com) position are open. Hosts needed for bunco next year! We are now recruiting bunco hosts for next year. Please sign up here or email amandawfrench@gmail.com with questions.
