SAUSD FACE Newsletter
And Community Resources : May 13, 2022
Dear SAUSD Community,
So much to celebrate in the month of May!
From Mother's day to Teacher/Staff Appreciation Day to Mental Health Awareness Month there is so much to celebrate!
But most importantly, let us not forget to applaud ourselves!
While we continue to work hard to ensure a strong end to the school year, I would like to remind you all that play is also an essential part of life, no matter how old or young you are.
This month, let's honor the playful spirit within each of us. Connect with your inner child, daydream, use your imagination, and laugh out loud. Release any ideas about how you "should" act, and instead allow yourself to be completely swept up in the deep aliveness that surrounds you. Skip down the sidewalk, stop to smell the flowers, play soccer and dance!
As we approach Summer, remember you are always worth celebrating and together we can accomplish great things!
Better Together,
Evelyn Kirpichyan, Claudia Tapia, Yuriko Maldonado Rangel, Elisa Briseno Sandoval & Elizabeth Maciel
