AREA TWO OF THE WPUSD SCHOOL BOARD

 

Trustee Brian Haley has submitted his resignation, which was accepted by the Placer County Office of Education on August 3, 2021. As a result, the Western Placer Unified School District is now looking to fill a vacancy on its five-member Board of Education in Trustee Area Two (2).  On August 17, 2021, the Western Placer Unified School District Board accepted Mr. Haley's resignation and approved the process for filling the vacancy. The following information and documents are provided to assist interested candidates, residing in Trustee Area 2, in completing an application of candidacy for consideration of appointment to the Board on September 21, 2021.   Please review the information on this page for important dates, the provisional appointment application packet, maps and more.

Application Process

Board Vacancy Application - CLOSED

Interested candidates, residing in Trustee Area 2 (yellow area of the map below), must complete the Candidate Information/Application above and submit it to the Western Placer Unified School District Office, attention Kerry Callahan, Superintendent at 600 Sixth Street, Suite 400 (4th Floor), Lincoln CA 95648.  Applications must be received by close of business on September 10, 2021.
