2024-25 Armstrong Parent Input Form
The planning process for the 2024-25 school year is just beginning. Like most years, there may be some new staff members joining the Armstrong team, and returning staff members in new roles.  Because the hiring process is ongoing, classroom assignments for teachers are tentative and subject to change, and there may be changes to current grade level teams.

We invest significant time and collaboration in this process as we strive to create balanced classes. Our placement decisions involve team input and are created with great care and consideration. We consider a wide variety of factors, including individual learning styles, personalities, behaviors, peer relations, and any special needs that students may have.

Classroom teachers and the special services staff will be working closely to ensure that we have not overlooked any information for appropriate placements. In addition, we would like to offer you the opportunity to provide input in this process. This form will be used to provide your perceptions of any unique characteristics your child may have in the areas listed. If you would like to provide information on this form, please complete the form by April 26.  In addition, please remember that any forms requesting or excluding specific teachers will be discarded. While it would be wonderful if every child and parent were able to request next year’s teacher, it is impossible to honor over 500 individual requests.

Once class lists have been created, any change is extremely difficult. It often impacts numerous students and classes. I appreciate your help and support in this important process.

We appreciate your thoughts and input!
Mrs. Lipman
